Rachel Marie was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. She developed a love of
reading at an early age thanks to her mother and quickly gravitated to the dark themes of
fantasy and horror. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Literature in 2016 and has returned to the school to study for a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology. While working as a special needs middle school teacher, Rachel has been writing fantasy and horror stories for over a decade. She is currently writing on four works-in-progress that are at different stages in their life and she is looking forward to sharing it with the reading world.
